Balai Developer we provides the Neon Orbit Rush mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Neon Orbit Rush does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, or store personal information on our servers.
The App may save the following non-personal information locally on your device:
Game progress and unlocked levels
High scores and earned stars
Sound, vibration, and gameplay settings
This information remains on your device. It is used only to provide game features and remember your preferences. Balai Developer does not receive or access this locally stored information.
Locally stored gameplay information is used to:
Save your progress and high scores
Unlock levels and display earned stars
Remember your selected settings
Provide the intended gameplay experience
We do not use personal information for advertising, profiling, analytics, or marketing.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with third parties.
The current version of Neon Orbit Rush does not include third-party advertising, analytics, Firebase, social login, or other third-party software intended to collect user data.
When you download the App through Google Play, Google may process certain information according to its own privacy policy and terms. Balai Developer does not control information collected directly by Google Play.
Neon Orbit Rush may use vibration access to provide optional haptic feedback during gameplay. This permission does not provide access to personal information and is not used to collect or share data.
The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, photos, files, or other sensitive personal information.
Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device for as long as the App remains installed or until you clear the App’s data.
You can delete this information at any time by:
Clearing Neon Orbit Rush ’s storage through your device settings; or
Uninstalling the App.
Because we do not collect or store personal information on our servers, there is no server-held personal data for us to retrieve or delete.
Neon Orbit Rush is designed to minimize data collection. Locally stored game information is protected by the security features of your device and operating system. However, no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Neon Orbit Rush does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require an account, collect contact details, or contain targeted advertising.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
You can control sound and vibration through the App or your device settings. You can remove locally stored gameplay information by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling it.
Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under applicable law. Because Neon Orbit Rush does not collect personal information, we generally do not possess personal data that can be accessed, corrected, transferred, or deleted. You may contact us with any privacy-related request.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s functionality or legal requirements change. An updated policy will contain a revised effective date and will be made available through the Google Play listing or another publicly accessible location.
We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
