Privacy Policy for Tiny Neighbors: Logic Puzzle
Effective date: September 12, 2026
Tiny Neighbors: Logic Puzzle (the “App”) is developed and published by Ilia Nechaev (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the iOS version of the App.
The App is a free, single-player puzzle game supported by advertising. It does not require an account, registration, or sign-in. This English policy applies regardless of which supported App language you select.
1. Information You Provide
You do not need to provide your name, email address, phone number, payment information, precise location, contacts, photos, videos, audio, or account credentials to play the App.
If you choose Contact Us or Report an Ad in Settings, the App opens a visible and editable email draft addressed to support.nechapps@gmail.com. The draft may include a limited diagnostic summary, such as your country or region, device type and model, iOS version, current level, App version and build, and selected App language. You can review, edit, or delete any part of the draft before sending it. The App never sends this email automatically.
If you send the email, we receive your email address, message, and anything else you choose to include so that we can answer your request and investigate problems.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores gameplay and settings locally on your device. This may include:
■ game progress, unlocked levels, stars, and hint balance;
■ the current game state needed to restore an interrupted puzzle;
■ tutorial and collection progress;
■ sound, vibration, and in-App language preferences; and
■ advertising cooldowns and limited reward or transition receipts used to prevent duplicate rewards or navigation.
We do not operate a user-account database or a cloud profile that synchronizes this gameplay data. Deleting the App generally removes its local data, subject to Apple’s backup and restore features.
3. Services Used by the App
The App uses:
■ Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to determine when an advertising privacy message is required, display it, remember advertising choices, and provide a privacy-options entry point where required; and
■ Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide interstitial and optional rewarded advertising.
The App does not use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, or any other Firebase SDK. We do not run separate product analytics for gameplay. The App also contains no third-party mediation adapters.
Google and advertising providers that participate in an eligible AdMob ad transaction process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
4. Information Processed Automatically
Depending on your region, privacy choices, Apple App Tracking Transparency (“ATT”) permission, device settings, and whether an ad is available, Google UMP and Google Mobile Ads may process the following seven App Privacy data categories:
Data category
Examples and purposes
Coarse Location
Country, region, or approximate location inferred from the IP address, used for third-party advertising, developer advertising or marketing, analytics, regional privacy requirements, and service operation. The App does not request precise GPS location.
Device ID
The IDFA when ATT is authorized, and other app- or developer-scoped identifiers used for third-party advertising, developer advertising or marketing, analytics, measurement, and frequency controls.
Product Interaction
App launch information and advertising interactions such as impressions, video views, clicks, and rewarded-ad completion, used for third-party advertising, developer advertising or marketing, analytics, and service operation.
Advertising Data
Ads served or viewed, ad delivery status, performance, and attribution information, used for third-party advertising, developer advertising or marketing, and analytics.
Crash Data
Non-user-related crash logs that Google Mobile Ads may process for analytics, diagnosis, and maintenance of its SDK and advertising service.
Performance Data
App launch time, responsiveness, hang rate, energy use, and similar technical information used for advertising, developer advertising or marketing, analytics, and service operation.
Other Diagnostic Data
Technical diagnostics, fraud-prevention signals, and information used for third-party advertising, developer advertising or marketing, analytics, invalid-traffic detection, and service errors.
The App and Google Mobile Ads may also process the App version, build, bundle identifier, device language or locale, device model, operating-system version, screen or device characteristics, IP address, and network information as needed to deliver and secure advertising and apply privacy choices.
The purpose called “Analytics” in the App Store privacy disclosure refers to advertising and technical measurement performed by Google Mobile Ads. Certain Google Mobile Ads processing is also listed under “Developer’s Advertising or Marketing” because that purpose is declared by the SDK’s embedded privacy manifest. The App does not use Firebase Analytics, run separate gameplay analytics, or send its own marketing messages.
5. Advertising
The App may show:
■ interstitial ads at eligible transitions after a game result; and
■ optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch for an in-game benefit.
The App does not use banner ads. A failed, declined, or unavailable ad does not block normal gameplay or navigation. The App sets Google Mobile Ads to the General Audience maximum ad-content rating for all ad requests. You can report inappropriate or age-inappropriate advertising at any time through Settings → Report an Ad.
You can open Settings → How Ads Are Chosen for an explanation, shown entirely inside the App, of the information Google may use to select and measure ads and how your privacy choices and ATT permission affect that process. For information about a particular ad, use that ad's information or AdChoices control.
Before requesting ads, the App asks Google UMP for the current consent information, presents any required privacy form, and checks whether UMP permits an ad request.
Personalized advertising
The App allows personalized AdMob treatment only when both conditions are satisfied:
1. UMP confirms that the applicable consent choices permit storage or access on the device and personalized advertising; and
2. you authorize tracking in Apple’s system ATT prompt.
Only when both conditions are satisfied does the App allow personalized advertising based on activity across companies’ apps or websites. ATT authorization controls whether the IDFA is available, but it does not override your UMP choices. Where UMP permits non-personalized ads, an available mobile identifier may still be used for permitted purposes such as frequency capping and aggregated reporting.
If Google UMP determines that no privacy form is required for the device or region, the App may proceed directly to Apple’s ATT request when the system status is not determined.
Non-personalized and limited advertising
If ATT is denied, restricted, unavailable, or disabled in Settings, the IDFA is unavailable and the App does not permit cross-app tracking. Where UMP permits an ad request, the App may request only non-personalized or limited advertising.
If UMP does not permit personalized advertising, Google Mobile Ads applies those consent signals and does not serve personalized ads even if ATT was previously authorized. Depending on the consent choice:
■ non-personalized ads may use contextual information, such as the App’s content and coarse location, as well as identifiers for permitted purposes such as frequency controls, aggregated reporting, security, and fraud prevention; or
■ limited ads may be served without personalization or features that require a local advertising identifier. Google may still use an IP address for ad delivery and security and, if programmatic limited ads are enabled in the AdMob account, invalid-traffic-only local storage to prevent fraud and abuse; or
■ no ad may be available.
Declining personalized advertising or ATT does not block the game. The App does not offer a reward for allowing ATT and does not require ATT authorization for gameplay. A rewarded opportunity may be unavailable when no eligible ad can be served.
6. App Tracking Transparency
Apple defines tracking as linking user or device data collected from the App with data collected from other companies’ apps, websites, or offline properties for targeted advertising or advertising measurement, or sharing user or device data with a data broker.
The App uses Apple’s ATT framework for an optional advertising and measurement path that can access the IDFA. Before ATT is authorized, the IDFA is unavailable and the App does not permit personalized ad requests or cross-app tracking. UMP separately controls whether an eligible ad request may be personalized.
You can change ATT permission later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Tiny Neighbors. If you deny or later disable ATT, future eligible ad requests use a non-personalized or more limited mode as described above.
Because the App has an optional path that can use the IDFA after permission is granted, the App Store privacy disclosure identifies Device ID as data that may be used for tracking. This disclosure covers the optional permitted path even though users who do not authorize it remain on a non-personalized, limited, or no-ad path.
7. Google UMP and Privacy Choices
At each launch, UMP checks whether an advertising privacy message is required, whether a previous choice remains valid, whether ads may be requested, and whether the App must provide an ongoing privacy-options entry point.
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a European regulations message may appear first. When UMP identifies this regional flow, the App requests ATT only after the user grants Purpose 1 consent to store or access information on the device and only while the system ATT status is not determined. The ATT decision and the ad-personalization choice are evaluated separately: granting Purpose 1 can lead to ATT even if other choices keep ads non-personalized. If Purpose 1 is not granted, the App does not request ATT and UMP may permit only limited ads or no ad.
Outside those regions, UMP may determine that no privacy form is required. In that case, the App can proceed directly to the ATT prompt when the system allows it. Other regional privacy messages may still appear where required.
Where UMP requires an ongoing privacy-options entry point, Settings → Privacy Choices reopens the Google privacy form. This row may not appear when UMP reports that it is not required for the device or region.
Changing or withdrawing a UMP choice affects future processing. It does not automatically delete information processed before the change.
8. How Information Is Used
Information described in this policy may be used to:
■ operate the App and restore gameplay safely;
■ remember settings and prevent duplicate rewards;
■ provide interstitial and rewarded advertising;
■ provide personalized advertising only when the applicable UMP choices and ATT authorization permit it;
■ provide non-personalized, limited, or technical advertising when permitted;
■ measure advertising performance and limit ad frequency;
■ diagnose technical problems;
■ prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid traffic;
■ manage and respect privacy choices;
■ answer support messages and review reports about advertising; and
■ comply with applicable law and valid legal requests.
9. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell personal information directly for money. Information may be processed by or shared with:
■ Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads and eligible advertising providers for ad delivery, measurement, frequency controls, security, and fraud prevention;
■ Google User Messaging Platform to manage consent and privacy choices; and
■ public authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
We confirm that any third party with whom the App shares user data will provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy and required by Apple’s App Review Guidelines.
Depending on local law, personalized advertising or related disclosure to advertising providers may be treated as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale,” even when no money is paid specifically for the information. The ATT and UMP controls described above apply to future advertising processing.
Google processes information under its own terms and privacy practices:
■ Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
■ How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
■ Google AdMob privacy information: https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
10. Retention
Local gameplay and settings remain on the device until they are removed by the App, the operating system, or you, subject to Apple’s backup and restore practices.
Support and advertising-report emails may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, investigate a problem, prevent abuse, maintain support records, or comply with legal obligations.
Google retains advertising, consent, and technical information according to the applicable service configuration, Google’s retention controls, and Google’s policies. Because the App has no user account and we do not maintain a database that maps a person to Google’s app-scoped identifiers, we may be unable to locate or delete a particular third-party record from an email address alone.
More information about Google’s retention practices is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/retention.
11. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, to withdraw consent, or to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing.
You can:
■ reopen Settings → Privacy Choices when UMP requires that option;
■ open Settings → How Ads Are Chosen for an in-App explanation of ad selection and measurement;
■ change ATT permission in iOS Settings;
■ use controls presented by Google or within an advertisement;
■ delete the App to remove local gameplay data, subject to Apple backups; or
■ contact us at support.nechapps@gmail.com.
Because the App has no account, we may be unable to associate an email address with app-scoped or de-identified third-party records. Where a third party controls the information, you may need to use that provider’s controls or contact that provider directly.
12. Children’s Privacy
The App is not specifically directed to children under 13 or the equivalent minimum age under applicable law. We do not knowingly ask children to provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, or other directly identifying information through the App.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child sent personal information through a support email, contact us at support.nechapps@gmail.com so that we can review the request.
13. International Processing and Security
Google and eligible advertising providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Their applicable terms and privacy policies describe their transfer and security safeguards.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to limit unnecessary collection and protect information handled through the App. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
14. External Links and Advertisements
The App may open external websites, the App Store, an email service, or third-party advertisements. If you choose to leave the App and interact directly with an external destination, that service may process information under its own privacy policy. We do not control the content or privacy practices of destinations outside the App. This does not change the commitments in Section 9 for third parties that process user data for the App.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its service providers, its privacy controls, or applicable requirements change. We will revise the effective date when we publish an updated policy.
