If you are interested in applying for Travel Scholarship Funds (to assist in covering per diem lodging and meals), please read the below information carefully prior to applying:
Applications will be taken until September 15th, 2022.
Awardees will be announced individually via email directly.
ITEP will make your lodging reservations and pay the hotel directly for conference date stays.
Selected awardees have 10 business days from the end of conference to submit a Vendor Claim Form and applicable receipts for per diem meal expenses. These documents and further instructions will be communicated directly to the individual awardees.
30-45 days after Vendor Claim Form and Receipts are received, awardees should receive a check for per diem meal expenses.

When you complete your registration form, look for the question that asks,
“Do you need to apply for Travel Scholarship Funds?”,
click ‘Yes’ and it will direct you to complete the Scholarship Application.
If you have already registered and need to update your registration to apply for a scholarship, you may go back to the registration form to make edits at any time.
