Neha Prashar

I am a Researcher working as a Research Fellow for the Enterprise Research Centre, jointly run between Aston University and Warwick University. In addition to this, I also act as an external associate for the Centre for Crime, Justice and Policing at the University of Birmingham and previously worked for the centre as a research assistant.

I completed my PhD in May 2018, where my thesis focused on the impact of caste and women reservation and the effect of women friendly policies and women's working status on Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) in India.

My interests lie in the field of development, gender and labour economics, with a special focus on India and South Asia.
