I am an Assistant Professor in the discipline of Mathematics, School of Basic Sciences at Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar, India. Prior to this position I was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Vienna, Austria under Prof. Michael J. Schlosser , a Fulbright-Nehru postdoctoral fellow at University of Virginia, U.S.A under Prof. Ken Ono and  DST Inspire faculty at Indian Institute of Science Bangalore under Prof. Mahesh Kakde, and at Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. Before that I was a visiting scientiest at Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi center. I received my Ph.D degree from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India under Prof. Rupam Barman.  

My research interests are in Number Theory. More specially, my interest includes:

1. Hypergeometric series

2. Modular Forms

3. Elliptic curves

4. Distributions of varieties over random finitie fields

5. Kloosterman sums
