Need Agro BD is developed and operated by MSTS Company as a commercial application.

Login / Account Information

The Need Agro BD app allows users to create accounts using their phone number or email with a password.
Users can log in and log out of their accounts.

Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Deleted users will be immediately logged out, and deleted accounts are soft-deleted in the database before permanent removal.

Information Collection and Use (Product Submission & Delivery)

The primary function of the Need Agro BD app is to allow users to submit product information — such as product photos, names, and details — for sales and delivery purposes.

• We do not collect personally identifiable information (like name, email, or phone number) unless the user voluntarily provides it for delivery or order processing.

User-submitted product data is stored securely on our managed server (https://msts.live) for order and delivery purposes.
If a user wishes to delete or correct specific submitted data, they may contact us directly, and we will review and remove it (as long as it’s not part of an active or completed order).

No Account Deletion Required (Data Removal Available)

Since the app does not use any login or account system, account deletion does not apply.
However, users can request removal of specific product submissions or data by contacting us at the email below:

Log Data (Error Information)

In case of an app error, we may collect limited technical data, such as:

• Device name and model

• Operating system version

• App version
