2021 Negotiations Workshops

What’s this all about? Your current contract expires in 2022 and negotiations begin this summer.  The bargaining team has made a conscious decision to bring more members into the negotiations process. The first step in this process is to educate members.

What will the workshops be like? Each session will start with a structured presentation on a specific area of negotiations. Each session will then have informal discussions about the topic and we will work on identifying issues to bring forward through negotiations. Sessions will be highly interactive.

Who is invited? Any member who is interested in the process of contract negotiations. Building Reps and negotiations team members (and those who wish to join the team) are highly encouraged to attend.
