The golf course has been reconfigured as directed by the court: there is no longer a path between the houses and Mirror Lake.

Spur Ind. v. Del Webb (AZ 1972)

Typical street at the southern end of the Sun City development. Spur's feedlot was south of Olive Ave., where the current neighborhood of Barclays-Suncliff is laid out.

Millbrook Hunt v. Smith (NY 1998)

The location of the specific property is unclear, but the Millbrook Hunt is still in operation in the area.

Emanuel v. Hernandez (IL 2000)

Looks like owners never got access to neighboring driveway, and were forced to pour a new one on the other side of the house.

Berge v. Vermont (VT, 2006)

Berge's property was/is on the west side of Norton Pond. There is an unpaved but named road going from Route 114 around the lake to the west side, though it's unclear how restricted access to that road is. Cabins on the west side of the lake appear rustic but very nice.

Kienzle v. Myers (OH, 2006)

These are very nice houses on the Maumee River near Lake Erie. The deep gully in front of the Bauer/Myers house on the right that made a direct sewer connection difficult is clearly visible.

Marcus Cable v. Krohn (TX 2002)

This property is or was owned by Alan and Myrna Krohn, but I am not sure if it is the relevant property in the case. It does still have electric distribution poles on it.

Brown v. Voss (WA,1984)

The access road from US 101 is clearly visible, leading to the Voss property then to the Brown property further back. The elevation change likely made a direct route from the Brown property to the highway difficult.

Deep Water Brewing v. Fairway Resources
(WA, 2009)

The restaurant appears to have changed hands again, becoming "Rancho Grande", before closing. It is now vacant, despite the nice views. At least one home appears to have violated the height restriction, perhaps built before the case was resolved.

Gambrell v. Nivens (TN, 2008)

The wedding chapel is still operating, indicating that the litigants must have settled after the case.

Nahrstedt v. Lakeside Village Condo. Ass’n
(CA, 1994)

Lakeside Village is still operating in Culver City. It's not clear which specific unit Ms. Nahrstedt owned.

Fink v. Miller (UT, 1995)

The ship appears to have sailed on wood shingles. Many houses in the neighborhood appear to have standard asphalt shingles. It's unclear specifically which houses belonged to the litigants.

Presault v. United States (VT, 1996)

The property in dispute was at the end of Killarney Dr, bordering the trail/former railroad. The Presaults appear to have lived nearby at 174 Killarney Dr.
