***Early bird discount on registration: $45 (rather than $50) if payment is received by June 10.
Registration DEADLINE: June 25, 2018 for room, board, and requests for displays. (Spaces cannot be guaranteed after this date and may incur an additional fee). Advanced registration is strongly encouraged to facilitate planning. Refunds cannot be guaranteed if cancellation is made after June 25.
Housing Information: Each room provides a bed, dresser and closet space per person and is air-conditioned. Those paying the linen fee are provided with one light blanket, one fitted and one flat sheet, one pillowcase, one washcloth and a towel. Bring your own if you decline the linen fee. Other items (blankets, reading lamps, fans, clocks, additional linens and pillows, toiletries, etc.) are to be provided by the attendee.
Scholarships and Yearly Meeting Financial Assistance
NCYM-C will cover all costs for children less than 18. To make this effort possible, designated contributions are encouraged from those who can pay more via the registration process.
For those who are 18 years or older, NCYM-C will consider financial assistance for active participants in monthly meetings in NCYM-C based on the following guidelines. Funding requests will be kept confidential by those processing registration and funding requests.
An active participant of a monthly meeting of North Carolina Yearly Meeting Conservative needing financial assistance to attend yearly meeting sessions should first ask one’s monthly meeting for financial assistance. Second, the clerk of the monthly meeting should send a statement of what the monthly meeting has done and forward the request to the registrar with the registration form. The Hospitality Committee will consider the request and decide whether assistance can be offered in response to the request. The cost of any such financial assistance will be covered by registration fees, and if those are insufficient, then from the yearly meeting sessions reserves.
