為提升本研究室成員之研究能量，透過定期論文研讀和研究進度報告，培養學生進行科學簡報和獨立研究能力，同時也讓指導教授得以掌握學生研究進度，以順利完成論文，特訂定此辦法。
研究生(碩士、博士)每學期需進行二次研究進度報告，一次論文研讀報告，報告時間十五至二十分鐘。考量新進研究生可能研究經驗尚不足，第一學期入學碩士生之研究進度報告得酌減一次；另外，應屆學期畢業研究生亦可酌減一次，以專心撰寫論文。
每學期初訂定群組會議之報告順序，期間報告順序可協調交換，群組會議協調人由實驗室資深博士生擔任。
CDAS Group Meeting Rules

This rule is specially formulated to enhance the research energy of the members of this laboratory, cultivate students' ability to conduct scientific presentations and independent research through regular paper reading and research progress reports, and also allow the supervising professors to grasp the research progress of students so that they can complete the degree thesis smoothly.
Graduate students (master's and doctoral students) are required to present two research progress reports and one paper reading report each semester, each of which takes fifteen to twenty minutes. Considering that new graduate students may not have enough research experience, the research progress report of first-term master's students may be reduced once; in addition, graduate students graduating in the current semester may also be reduced once so that they can concentrate on writing their thesis.
The order of reports for group meetings is determined at the beginning of each semester. The order of reports can be coordinated and exchanged during the semester. The group meeting coordinator is a senior doctoral student in the laboratory.
