Each District shall officially send the following representatives:

1. Five (5) Selected Nominating Committee Members

   • Official representatives serving as members of the Nominating Committee (NomCom).

2. Five (5) or more District and Chapter Officers (Non-NomCom Members)

   • Selected active District and Chapter Officers who are not part of the Nominating Committee.

3. Five (5) or more Official Members (Non-NomCom Members)

   • Selected members from the District who are active participants of the ministry and are not members of the Nominating Committee.

4. Five (5) or more Alumni Representatives (Non-NomCom Members)

   • Selected alumni representatives from the District who will serve as official delegates during the Convention Session.

5. Two (2) District Advisers

   • Official District Advisers authorized by their respective Districts to attend and supervise the delegation.

What is the 26th convention: a conference-wide session? 

The 26th Convention: A Conference-Wide Session of the North Central Mindanao Conference Public Campus Ministry / Movement of Adventist Students–Adventist Ministry to College and University Students (PCM/MAS-AMiCUS) is the highest representative assembly and official decision-making body of the PCM/MAS-AMiCUS movement within the North Central Mindanao Conference. It serves as a gathering of duly selected delegates from districts, clustered territories, and chapters across the conference who are entrusted with the responsibility of shaping the future direction, governance, and mission of the movement.

As a Conference-Wide Session, the convention is more than a regular gathering or biennial event. It is a constitutional and deliberative assembly where delegates exercise their authority to participate in significant matters affecting the organization. These responsibilities include the election of conference-wide leaders, the review and recommendation of constitutional reforms, the formulation of ministry initiatives that will guide the movement for the succeeding term.

The 26th Convention brings together one hundred official delegates representing the various districts and chapters of the North Central Mindanao Conference. Their selection reflects a prayerful and consultative process, signifying the trust and confidence placed in them by their constituents to represent their collective interests and perspectives. Delegates are expected to engage in thoughtful study, active participation, spiritual discernment, and responsible decision-making throughout the proceedings.

Every action taken during the session carries lasting implications for the ministry's mission, organizational structure, leadership, and service to Adventist students in colleges and universities. Through prayerful deliberation and united commitment, the convention seeks to strengthen the movement's capacity to fulfill its calling of nurturing student disciples, advancing campus ministry, and preparing young people for leadership and mission.

Guided by the 2026 convention theme, "Living Legacy and Filled to Overflow," the 26th Convention aims to honor the foundations laid by previous generations while empowering a new generation of student leaders to continue the work of ministry with faithfulness, vision, and the empowering presence of God.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES FOR CLUSTER/DISTRICT REPORTING

Official Guidelines for the Video Report Presentation

To ensure an organized, meaningful, and Christ-centered presentation during the reporting session, all Clusters/Districts are requested to observe the following guidelines:

1. Video Duration

• The video presentation must be:

  • Minimum: 5 minutes

  • Maximum: 7 minutes

2. Music and Audio

• All background music, sound effects, and audio materials used must uphold Adventist Christian decorum and values.

• Avoid the use of worldly, inappropriate, or distracting music.

• Instrumental, inspirational, mission-centered, or sacred music is highly encouraged.

3. Video Content

The presentation should primarily highlight the following:

• District/Cluster developments and milestones

• Conducted programs and activities

• Evangelistic and missionary initiatives

• Leadership trainings and discipleship programs

• Community outreach and humanitarian projects

• Campus ministry engagements

• Significant accomplishments and testimonies

• Future plans and ministry directions

4. Presentation Quality

• Ensure that the video is clear, organized, and visually presentable.

• Use readable captions, proper transitions, and appropriate photo/video documentation.

• Maintain a respectful and professional tone throughout the presentation.

5. Spiritual Emphasis

• Every presentation should reflect the mission, vision, and spirit of the ministry.

• Presentations must glorify God and emphasize the impact of the ministry in advancing His work.

6. Submission and Preparation

• Districts/Clusters are encouraged to prepare and finalize their reports ahead of time to avoid technical difficulties.

• Ensure that the video format is compatible for presentation during the session proper.

Let us present our reports with excellence, orderliness, and a spirit of dedication as we celebrate God’s leading in our ministry.

ANNEX XII

GUIDELINES FOR CALIBRATION VOTE AND ATTENDANCE ENTRY

Official Guidelines for Participation in the Business Session

To ensure order, transparency, and proper documentation during the Business Session, all delegates are respectfully requested to observe the following guidelines:

1. Attendance Confirmation Upon Entry
   Upon entering the Conference Room, the assigned Usherettes shall scan the Delegate’s QR Code for official attendance confirmation.

2. Attendance Requirement for Voting Privileges
   Delegates without confirmed attendance shall not be recognized for calibration voting, motions, or any official business transactions during the session.

3. Mandatory Wearing of ID Tags
   All delegates are required to wear their official ID Tags at all times while inside the Conference Session venue for identification and verification purposes.

4. Use of QR Code for Voting and Motions
   The QR Code located at the back of the Delegate ID shall serve as the official access for participation in calibration votes, motions, and other authorized voting procedures.

5. Proper Use of Mobile Phones
   Delegates are only requested to use their mobile phones during the opening of the voting or motion period as instructed by the Session Chair or Secretariat.

6. Phones Must Be in Silent Mode
   To maintain reverence, order, and professionalism during the proceedings, all mobile devices must remain in silent mode throughout the entire Business Session.

7. Restriction on Gaming and Non-Session Applications
   The Usherettes and Session Facilitators reserve the right to inspect delegates’ mobile applications during the session. Any gaming platforms or distracting applications found in use may require the delegate to force stop or temporarily uninstall such applications to preserve focus and decorum during the proceedings.

8. Observe Proper Christian Conduct and Decorum
   All delegates are expected to uphold Christian courtesy, respect, attentiveness, and professionalism throughout the duration of the Business Session.

9. Follow Instructions from Session Officers and Facilitators
   Delegates are requested to promptly follow all instructions given by the Session Chair, Secretariat, Technical Team, and Usherettes for the smooth flow of the Conference proceedings.

May these guidelines help maintain an orderly, efficient, and Spirit-led Business Session for all delegates.

ANNEX XIII

DRESS CODE POLICY

Official Dress Code Guidelines for All Delegates

To uphold reverence, professionalism, and Christian decorum throughout the Convention Session, all delegates are respectfully required to observe the following Dress Code Policy during all Worship Services, Plenary Sessions, and Business Sessions.

General Policy

All delegates shall wear proper, modest, neat, and appropriate Christian Church Attire during official session activities. Clothing must reflect the values, principles, and standards of Christian conduct and Adventist identity.

Recommended Attire

For Gentlemen

• Polo Barong, long sleeves, or formal polo

• Slacks or formal pants

• Closed shoes or appropriate formal footwear

• Official organization or district attire, when prescribed

For Ladies

• Modest dresses, skirts, or formal attire appropriate for church functions

• Blouses with proper neckline and sleeves

• Appropriate formal footwear

• Official organization or district attire, when prescribed

Not Allowed During Official Sessions

The following attire shall be considered inappropriate during Worships, Plenary, and Business Sessions:

• Sleeveless tops

• Shorts

• Ripped or distressed pants

• Tight or revealing clothing

• Slippers and overly casual footwear

• Clothing with inappropriate prints, messages, or designs

• Any attire that does not reflect Christian modesty and professionalism

Additional Reminders

• Delegates are encouraged to maintain proper grooming and neat appearance throughout the Convention.

• ID Tags must be worn visibly at all times during official activities.

• Session Officers and Ushers reserve the right to remind delegates regarding compliance with the Dress Code Policy.

Let us uphold reverence and unity by presenting ourselves in a manner that honors God and reflects Christian excellence throughout the Convention Session.
