Calibration Vote
To ensure proper and equal representation from every District during the Convention Session, the following official delegate allocation and guidelines shall be observed:
Each District shall officially send the following representatives:
Five (5) Selected Nominating Committee Members
Official representatives serving as members of the Nominating Committee (NomCom).
Five (5) or more District and Chapter Officers (Non-NomCom Members)
Selected active District and Chapter Officers who are not part of the Nominating Committee.
Five (5) or more Official Members (Non-NomCom Members)
Selected members from the District who are active participants of the ministry and are not members of the Nominating Committee.
Five (5) or more Alumni Representatives (Non-NomCom Members)
Selected alumni representatives from the District who will serve as official delegates during the Convention Session.
Two (2) District Advisers
Official District Advisers authorized by their respective Districts to attend and supervise the delegation.
All delegates must be officially endorsed and confirmed by their respective District leadership.
Delegates are expected to attend all Worship Services, Plenary Sessions, Breakout Sessions, and Business Meetings.
Delegates must strictly observe the Convention Dress Code Policy and maintain Christian conduct at all times.
Attendance monitoring and voting participation shall be facilitated through the official Delegate QR Code system.
Delegates are expected to cooperate with the Session Officers, Secretariat, Technical Team, and Usherettes for the orderly flow of the Convention.
