3.0 Session Schedule

Sessions will be managed and accessed through SCHED. You can go to ncties2020.sched.com -or-

📲 Apple and Android Users, Search for NCTies2020 in your App Store.

Login/Register your Account.

You will then be able to Add sessions to and manage your schedule and get virtual meeting access information specific to each session.

⭐️Once you add a session to your Schedule, it "reserves" your spot.

⭐️If you are unable to attend one of your reserved sessions, please remove it from your Schedule ASAP. In addition, we have limited access to only allow for adding one session per time slot.

⭐️Sessions marked as Full are UNABLE TO BE JOINED

Thanks to NCTIES and Trinity3 for allowing us to utilize the existing Sched application to manage and run virtual sessions. Keep in mind, some NCTIES2020 branding and info may still be visible within the Sched instance.

*Due to the virtual, open nature of our event, reserving your virtual seat does not necessarily guarantee your spot in the presenter’s chosen video conference platform and both the presenters and event facilitators are not responsible for guaranteeing your virtual seat. We have tried to employ strategies to reduce the chance of this from happening.
