‘Persons’ in Law

Countries around the world have recently advocated for the development of human rights. Although the world is full of different ethnicities, colors and races, the concept of equality and equal rights for all is becoming increasingly widespread. Despite our differences, we are all the same, ‘human’.

But did you know? In legal terminology, there are many distinctions between different types of ‘persons’. Today, let’s start with ‘natural person’ and ‘juridical person’!

·  Human being born through the conception and pregnancy of a mother, as an individual in the biological sense.

2. Juridical person / Juristic person
