Provided that a person who is ineligible under this clause shall be eligible for enrollment if he produces a certificate from the state Govt. that he is a fit person to be enrolled

g) If he/she has been dismissed from the University Corps of the Indian Territorial Force or the National Cadet Corps or the Territorial Army or the Indian Armed Forces

h) If he/she is a member of any organization of the nature specified in Paragraph-1 of Schedule III.
