PLOT

Matthew Cameron's original intention when he became a lawyer was to ""serve the people,"" but instead, circumstances steered him towards a comfortable, financially rewarding practice. When Alex, an old college buddy who never lost touch with his socially conscious ideals, offers Matt a chance to give his life greater purpose, his old passion for justice is rekindled. Becoming a champion of the desperate, voiceless homeless, Matt struggles to save a local shelter from the clutches of an uncompromising, land-hungry power broker who could potentially destroy everything Matt values, including the comfort and security of his own family.
