Welcome to our app. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, or edit using the app. You agree not to use the app for illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing activities.
We reserve the right to limit or restrict access to the app in certain countries or regions where the service is not supported.
We offer two types of premium access:
Credits are purchased as a one-time payment.
Credits can be used to generate or edit images within the app.
1 credit typically equals 1 image generation or edit (may vary depending on feature).
Credits do not expire.
Credit purchases are non-refundable once used.
We offer a weekly auto-renewing subscription that provides premium access and/or credits.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
No refunds are provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.
Payments and subscription management are handled securely through Apple and RevenueCat.
We do not store your payment information.
All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms.
You retain ownership of the images or content you upload.
By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the app’s functionality (such as image editing or generation).
We do not claim ownership of your content.
We use trusted third-party providers to operate and improve the app:
Google AdMob (advertising)
PostHog (analytics)
RevenueCat (purchases and subscription management)
These providers may process limited technical data according to their own privacy policies.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
