Noël B. Saenz
I am a philosopher working in metaphysics. The bulk of my research has been on grounding and on how to make sense of it. It has also been on related areas in ontology such as fundamentality, mereology, ontological simplicity, and truth. I also work in the philosophy of religion. Here, my research has focused on divine simplicity, necessary existence, perfect being theology, and natural theology (esp. the ontological and cosmological arguments).
Currently, I am writing a book on grounding, a paper on ontological durability, a paper on causal principles in cosmological arguments, and a paper on amodal beings.
