The tools you will need

You will only need to use two tools to record your video:

1. Google Drive

2. PowerPoint

You will use Google Drive to keep a repository of the files and receive feedback from reviewers. All other work will happen on PowerPoint.

Where can you find the template for your presentation

The template for your presentation lives in our Google Drive.

RDMbites_template.pptx

In the template, you will find:

• Instructions

• Style guide

• Recommended slides

• How your intro and outro slides should look

• A collection of icons

 Where does your repository of files live?

Each RDMbite has a unique ID and lives in Google Drive inside a folder indicating its ID and the name of the RDMbite.

Once you finish your RDMbites, inside your repository folder you should have 3 files:

1. Script document

2. PowerPoint with embedded audio recordings

3. Exported video file

Checklist

• Is your recording loud and clear?

• Have you followed the style guides?

• Are your images readable and crisp?

• Have you used the standard icons of the Fellowship?

• Does your repository folder contain three files: script document, PowerPoint with embedded audio recordings and exported video file?
