Life coaching is a collaborative process that helps individuals clarify their goals, overcome obstacles, and create actionable plans to achieve personal or professional growth. My journey—both personally and professionally—has equipped me with a unique set of experiences that I believe can truly help others navigate their own challenges and reach their potential.
I’ve been happily married for over 30 years to an incredible woman who holds a Master’s degree in mental health counseling. Her expertise and perspective have given me deeper insight into human behavior, emotional resilience, and the power of listening—tools I now bring into my life coaching practice. Our marriage has thrived because of mutual respect, consistent communication, and the intention to grow together through life’s ups and downs.
We’ve raised three successful, well-adjusted adult children who each followed their own path with confidence. One earned a college degree and works as an interventional radiology technician, another earned a college degree in anthropology and works in the field, and our third serves in the United States Air Force as a firefighter. Their accomplishments reflect the values of hard work, integrity, and independence we instilled as a family.
Professionally, I started at the bottom of the corporate ladder and worked my way up—learning invaluable lessons in leadership, persistence, and adaptability. That experience laid the groundwork for me to successfully launch and run multiple businesses. I know what it means to build from the ground up, to lead through uncertainty, and to stay focused on a vision even when the path gets tough.
All of this—my personal life, my marriage, my parenting journey, and my business experience—has shaped the kind of coach I am today. I don’t just offer encouragement; I offer real-world insight, practical tools, and the perspective of someone who’s lived it. I believe deeply that my life experience can make a meaningful difference in helping others move forward with purpose and confidence.
