LUNA PARTNERS, LTD. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Naturely mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
1. SUMMARY
Naturely is designed to work locally on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
2. INFORMATION PROCESSED BY THE APP
Camera
The App requests camera access so you can photograph flowers and create botanical stamps. Camera images are processed on your device. The App does not transmit camera images to us or to a remote server.
Photos and Generated Images
The App can save completed stamps and exported JPG or PNG images to your device gallery. These files remain under your control on your device. The App does not upload them to us.
Journal and Collection Content
Titles, subtitles, notes, collections, dates, editing choices, and other memories you create are stored locally on your device. We do not receive or access this content.
App Preferences
The App stores limited preferences locally, including your selected language and whether onboarding has been completed. These preferences are not transmitted to us.
3. PERMISSIONS
Naturely may request the following device permissions:
• Camera: Used only to capture flower photos for creating stamps.
• Photo or media storage access, where required by the operating system: Used only to save exported images to your gallery.
You may deny or revoke permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work without the required permission.
4. DATA COLLECTION AND SHARING
We do not collect personal data through the App.
We do not share user data with third parties.
We do not use advertising SDKs.
We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs.
We do not use cookies or cross-app tracking.
We do not create user profiles.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses operating-system and Flutter components to provide camera access, local file storage, and gallery export. These components operate on your device. Naturely does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, social login, or cloud-storage services.
If you choose to share an exported image using another app or service, that third party's privacy policy applies to information you share with it. We do not control how third-party apps handle your information.
6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Your memories, collections, preferences, and generated images remain on your device until you delete them, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
You can delete individual memories within the App. You can delete exported images from your device gallery. Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage removes locally stored App data, subject to your device's backup settings.
Because we do not collect or store your data on our servers, we do not have remote user data to retrieve or delete.
7. DATA SECURITY
Your App content is stored locally using protections provided by your device and operating system. No method of storage is completely secure, so we recommend protecting your device with an appropriate passcode and keeping its operating system updated.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Naturely is not directed to children under 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by applicable law in the user's country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not collect or transmit personal data to us.
9. INTERNATIONAL USERS
The App processes content locally on the user's device. We do not transfer App content to our servers or across international borders.
10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features or legal requirements change. We will revise the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or its store listing.
