This Privacy Policy governs the use of the mobile application (referred to as "the App", "we", "us", or "our") developed and published by NatTech (referred to as "NatlocTech" or "we"). The App is available on the Google Play Store. We are fully committed to protecting user privacy and complying with Google Play Store policies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area (EEA), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for users in California, USA.
This App is designed as a 100% offline, local-only application. We do NOT collect, transmit, upload, share, or store any user data on external servers, cloud services, or third-party platforms. All data generated or input by users is stored exclusively on the user’s local mobile device and remains under the user’s full control at all times.

3. Local Data Storage & User Control
All data created or entered by you within the App is stored locally on your mobile device using native device storage mechanisms (e.g., local databases, internal app storage). This data is:
- Accessible only to you and the App on your personal device;
- Never uploaded to our servers, third-party cloud services, or any external network;
- Fully controllable by you: you can view, edit, delete, or clear all local data at any time through the App’s built-in settings or by uninstalling the App;
- Automatically removed from your device if you uninstall the App (no residual data is retained by us).
- This local data is stored in the app’s private system directory and cannot be accessed or read by other third-party apps on the device.
4. Third-Party Services
This App does not integrate any third-party services that collect or process user data, including but not limited to analytics tools, advertising SDKs, social media plugins, or cloud storage APIs.
If we add any third-party services (e.g., advertising) in future App updates, we will immediately update this Privacy Policy to disclose the data practices of those services and ensure full compliance with applicable privacy laws.
5. User Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)
Since we do not collect or store any user data, the following rights are automatically fulfilled for all users:

This App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since no data is collected or stored, there is no risk of unauthorized data collection from minors. If you believe a child has used the App, simply uninstalling the App will remove all local data from the device.
This App is intended for general audiences aged 13 and over.
