COURT OF WARDS 1947/1951, due to a failure of heirs, the Court of Wards took over the estate, and notice was issued inviting claims to the estate (#1). Thakur Khuman Singh, who was the father of Thakur Laxman Singh, Thakur Brij Raj Singh and Thakur Inder Singh of Rudh proferred claims. While this enquiry was pending, Thakur Khuman Singh died and Thakur Laxman Singh's name was substituted in his place.
