Rawat CHUNDA SINGH, 1st Rawat of Salumber, eldest son and heir of Maharana Lakha of Mewar, he renounced his claim to the throne of Mewar in favour of his younger brother, but continued to serve the house of Mewar with utmost loyalty throughout his life, for which the Rawats of Salumber were honoured by being authorised by the Maharana to sign all important documents of State on his behalf; he married and had issue.
