Regmi (1963), has the same as above, but omits Nuwakot and Udayapur.
These 'Rajas', viz. those of Salyan, Bajhang, Jajarkot and Mustang, are successors of the kings of various principalities that were annexed by Prithvi Narayan Shah. They are entitled to receive monthly allowances as well as other perks and facilities from the state under the 'Principalities Act 2017 BS' and is to be continued to their successors. The Act had also provision for allowing 13 other small 'Rajas' including those of Bhirkot, Bajura, Thalahari, Galkot, Gulmi, Malneti, Dullu, Parbat, Nuwakot, Pyuthan Khumrikot, Darnali, Gharaukot and Pyuthan Udayapur to enjoy the title and receive monthly allowances from the consolidated fund for the remainder of their lives, but the privilege is not transmitted to their heirs.
