Rajadhiraja Sri Jaya BHUPATINDRA MALLA, Raja of Bhatgaon 1696/1722, born Kartik 23, 1731VE (8th/9th November 1674), he was an able administrator and also built many monuments and forts; he was associated with his father in the rule of the Rajya from the time that he came of age and was installed on Bhadra Badi 11, 816 (Nepal Era), and in turn, he associated his son, in the affairs of the administration; married and had issue. He died April 1722.

Rajadhiraja Sri Jaya RANAJITA MALLA [Ranjitmalla], Raja of Bhatgaon 1722/1769 and Raja of Patan 1762/1763, born about 1695, he retired to Banaras, India after the annexation of his state; married and had issue.

Shri Bishnu Dhar Malla, a descendant of the Malla Kings of Bhaktapur, married Rani Jagat Laxmi, and had issue.
Shri Jagat Sundar Malla, born 1882 in Khauma, Bhaktapur, educated at Durbar High School in Nepal, then at the Scottish Church School in Kolkata, India, he established a school at Khauma in 1913 where he taught English in Nepal Bhasa, he went to Japan for further education in 1915 with his younger brother, upon his return to Nepal, he was arrested and imprisoned in Darbhanga for one and a half years on the suspicion of being a spy, after his release he continued teaching and writing textbooks, his notable works are English-Nepal Bhasa-English Dictionary, Aesopan Dayekatahgu Bakhan (Nepal Bhasa translation of Aesop's Fables published in 1915), English Grammar in Parbatiya, Gorkhali Angrezi First Book and Nepali Angrezi First Book (Nepal Bhasa), he has been honored as one of the four pillars of the Nepal Bhasa renaissance, died 1952.
Shri Padma Sundar Malla, born 1890, educated at Michigan University, graduating in Electrical Engineering in 1916, employed as an Electrical Engineer with the specific task of supervising and constructing the Morang Hydro Electric Plant in Biratnagar. On successful completion he was awarded with a decoration and property, married Rani Jagat Laxmi Malla, and had issue. He died 1974.

Rani Bhinda Swari Malla, born 13th February 1935, educated at Saint Helen's Convent, Kurseong (Darjeeling District) India (School Leaving Certificate, Senior Cambridge), Barnard College, Columbia University (Bachelor in Political Science, 1956), the School of Advanced International Studies, John Hopkins University (Masters in International Relations, 1958). Entered the Foreign Service in 1960 after taking written and oral examinations, becoming the first woman to enter the Foreign Ministry, where she served for 33 years. Her first posting was as Second Secretary in the Nepali Embassy in Washington D.C. serving till 1964. Decorations include: Nepalese award by H.M. Late King Birendra, Gorkha Dakshin Bahu II, Trishakti Path, as well as further awards from the U.K., Germany and Spain, Nepal's Ambassador to India, she presented her credentials on 18th April 1988; married June 1965, Rajkumar Dr. Narayan Keshary Shah of Bhirkot, and has issue, two sons.
