Raja CHANDRAKIRTI SINGH, Raja of Manipur 1834/1844 and 1850/1886, born 1831, he was deposed in 1844, after his mother tried to poison the Regent, who then succeeded in his own right; married (amongst others), (a) Rani Chongtham Chanu Kouseswari Devi, married (b), Rani Chongtham Chanu Naha Lukeswari, married (c), Rani Haobam Chanu, and had issue, eight sons. He died in May 1886.

Raja NARA SINGH, Raja of Manipur 1844/1850, Regent of Manipur 1834/1844; a great grandson of Raja Gharib Nawaz, married and had issue, three sons. He died 1850.
Rajkumar Borachaoba Singh, the eldest son, he made an attempt to take the throne in 1886, but failed and was captured and exiled to Hazaribagh, along with his two brothers and a son.

Raja DEVENDRA SINGH (brother), Raja of Manipur in 1850 for three months, married and had issue. He died 1871.
Rajkumar Gokul Singh, he perpetrated a raid in Manipur in 1866, which failed, he escaped but two years later he was captured and sentenced for seven years.

HH Maharaja Sir CHURACHANDRA SINGH, Maharaja of Manipur 1891/1941, born 15th April 1885 and succeeded 18th September 1891, a great grandson of Raja Nar Singh, K.C.S.I., C.B.E.(civil) [cr.1917], married (amongst others) (a), HH Maharani Shyamasakhi, married (b), Maharani Dhanamanjuri Devi, and had issue, at least two sons and five daughters. He died September 1941.

Maharajkumar Priyobrata Singh, born 17th February 1911, educated at Mount Pleasant School near Bournemouth before pursuing further studies at Rajkumar College, Raipur and graduating from Allahabad University, member of the Manipur State Durbar 1936/1941, 1st Chief Minister of Democratic Manipur 1947/1949, served with the Indian Army, Managing Trustee of Charles Frederik Jeffery Memorial Education Trust, a great lover of peace and painter in his own right, a naturalist and environmentalist, with more than 100 papers and articles related to different aspects of life in Manipur to his credit, Manipur University recognised and honoured his contribution by conferring a Doctorate on 14th May 1988. He died unmarried 29th October 2005.
Maharajkumari Binodini Devi [Princess Wangol](youngest daughter, by Maharani Dhanamanjuri Devi), born 7th February 1922 in Manipur, a novelist and a writer of short stories, essays, plays and award-winning screenplays, lyrics and ballet scripts; married 1950, Dr. L. Nanda Babu Roy, a surgeon, and had issue, two sons. She died 17th January 2011 in Manipur.
