• Thakur CHAND SINGH, succeeded in Harsor in 1562 and established Chandawal village; he was confirmed in his possession of Chandawal and Harsor in 1595 by Maharaja Soor Singh of Marwar (Jodhpur); married and had issue, eight sons.

• Thakur GORDHAN DAS -/1658, married and had issue, eight sons. He died 1658 in the Battle of Dharmat.

  • Kunwar Ratan Singh (eldest son), fled from the battle of Dharmat in 1658, and was overlooked in the succession.

• Thakur VIJAY SINGH 1658/1668, he succeeded to the estate by a grant of 35 villages with Chandawal and 24 villages with Harsor by Maharaja Jaswant Singh of Marwar; married and had issue. He died 1668 in Aurangabad.

• Thakur BISHAN SINGH 1794/1824, he rebelled against Maharaja Man Singh of Marwar in 1820, and the estate was confiscated and he fled, living outside of Jodhpur till he died; he had appealed to the British authorities to intervene, but died shortly afterwards; married and had adoptive issue. He died sp 1824 in Lasani.

• Thakur SAWANT SINGH 1824/1826, born as Kunwar Sawant Singh, son of Thakur Shyam Singh (see above), and succeeded by adoption; he was re-granted Chandawal; married Thakurani Raj Kanwar, daughter of Rajawat Thakur Bagh Singh, and had issue, one son. He died 1826.

• Thakur PRATAP SINGH 1843/1848, son of Thakur Gulab Singh, he succeeded by adoption; married 1stly, Thakurani Phool Kanwar, daughter of Solanki Thakur Roop Singh of Bagora, married 2ndly, Thakurani Bal Kanwar, daughter of Bhati Thakur Jalim Singh of Malunga, married 3rdly, Thakurani Umed Kanwar, daughter of Bhati Thakur Baki Das of Alwana, married 4thly, Thakurani Takhat Kanwar, daughter of Bhati Thakur Roop Singh of Rayamlala, and had issue, two sons and one daughter.

• Rao Bahadur Thakur GIRDHAR SINGH 1895/1943, born 1882, Rao Bahadur [cr.1921], Member of the Consultative Council, married Rani Indra Kanwar, daughter of Rawat JAIT SINGH of Kurabar, and had issue, one son and one daughter. He died in 1943.
