Dear Customer

Please avoid entering new licenses and contact us in case of problematic situations.

If you intend to renew your existing license, you are kindly requested to informed that to Director NFS before the date of expiry ( Withing one month of period before expiry ) withing following email,

Access our system using your username and password and check the application you entered last year and if you need to make any changes, notify us through the email address. 

When renewing every license, a photocopy of the last year's license and a letter of performance must be provided to the National Fertilizer Secretariat through the email address.

When renewing an organic or inorganic fertilizer production license, an analysis report obtained from the National Fertilizer Secretariat  within six months should be submit. If an analysis report is not available, do to obtain one. Check Your Sample

කරුණාකර නව බලපත්‍ර ඇතුලත් කිරීමෙන් වළකින්න ගැටළුකාරී තත්ව ඇත්නම් අප අමතන්න.

ඔබ දැනට පවතින බලපත්‍රය අලුත් කිරීමට අදහස් කරන්නේ නම්, එය කල් ඉකුත් වන දිනට පෙර (කල් ඉකුත්වීමට පෙර මාසයක් ඇතුළත) පහත විද්‍යුත් තැපෑලෙන් ඒ බව අධ්‍යක්ෂ NFS වෙත දැනුම් දෙන මෙන් කාරුණිකව ඉල්ලා සිටිමු.

ඔබගේ පරිශීලක නාමය සහ මුරපදය භාවිතයෙන් අපගේ පද්ධතියට ප්‍රවේශ වී ඔබ පසුගිය වසරේ ඇතුළත් කළ  අයදුම්පත පරීක්ෂා කර ඔබට කිසියම් වෙනසක් කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය නම්, විද්‍යුත් තැපැල් ලිපිනය හරහා අපට දන්වන්න.

සැම බලපත්‍රයක්ම අලුත් කිරීමේදී, පසුගිය වසරේ බලපත්‍රයේ  ඡායා පිටපතක් සහ කාර්යසාධනය ලිපියක් විද්‍යුත් ලිපිනය හරහා ජාතික පොහොර ලේකම් කාර්යාලයට ලබාදිය යුතුවේ.

කාබනික හෝ අකාබනික පොහොර නිශ්පාදන බලපත්‍රයක් අළුත් කිරීමේදී, මාස හයක් ඇතුලත ජාතික පොහොර ලේකම් කාර්යාලයෙන් ලබාගත් ව්ශ්ලේෂණ වාර්තාවක් ඉදිරිපත් කල යුතුයි. විශ්ලේෂණ වර්තාවක් නොමැති නම්, ලබා ගැනීමට කටුයුතු කරන්න. Check Your Sample
