I currently live in Madison, WI where I work as the Program Director for the Bayview Foundation. Bayview is a nonprofit organization that provides affordable housing and supportive services to low-income residents. As the Program Director, I oversee the development and implementation of all of Bayview's programs and services in order to help families realize their aspirations.

Throughout my career, I have primarily worked with grassroots nonprofit organizations geared toward community development. My 15 years of experience in this field have been guided by deeply-held values of anti-racism, collaboration, and approaching my work with a sense of curiosity. These values and mindsets make me an effective bridge-builder with a demonstrated record of delivering real outcomes and impacts. Having worked on both the ground level as well as in broader leadership roles, I've developed a wide skill set that includes administrative leadership, program development, fundraising, governance, and personnel management.
