Natasha D. Reed
Ph.D. Candidate of Organizational Behavior at GATECH's Scheller College of Business
Get to know me.
I am an organizational behavioral scientist with an interest in mental illness, mental health, events, and social identities, as well as how these affect our modern workplaces theoretically and practically. With 12 years of human resources expertise and my education, I intend to conduct research that highlights better methods of navigating these topics and sheds light on how to develop and maintain a just and fair work environment.
My Background.
As the first member of my family to pursue graduate studies, I have been profoundly influenced by many people who came before me. Illustrious individuals, including Dr. Martin Luther King, Maya Angelou, Mae Jemison, and Amelia Earhart, have motivated me to strive for the extraordinary and to dream frequently. It is my firm belief that it is possible to achieve greatness despite one's inherent state.
My Future.
I dream that my tenure as a professor will persistently serve as a source of inspiration and motivation for forthcoming generations of students, encouraging them to surpass their circumstances and achieve success.
