LOCATION UPDATE: The conference and workshop will take place on Concordia's Downtown campus (aka Sir George Williams) in the 9th floor conference center of the John Molson School of Business Building (MB 9th floor, Rooms EFG), located here. This is a three minute walk from the Grey Nuns residence.
Travel
There's a bus from the airport, the 747, which drops you off at metro stops and right near Concordia's downtown campus--buy a ticket from machine inside the terminal. More instructions on 747 bus here.
Amtrak from NYC to Montreal is slow but gorgeous and cheap, and it is running again.
Accommodations Update (April 3rd)
There are many hotels--large and small, hostels and airbnbs in Montreal. We have good public transit, so you don't need to stay near campus---there are more interesting neighborhoods. In addition, Concordia can offer us rooms in a Concordia dorm which is a renovated convent. Here is the information you need to reserve a room:
Visit our accommodation website to easily reserve online: https://www.concordia.ca/summerstays
To benefit from a 10% NAPhCxii discount use the following COUPON code: CSL23
To see the maximum number of room-types available change the default setting from 2 to 1 adults.
The discount is valid from May 10 to May 18 should you wish to enjoy a longer stay in Montreal.
There is no block so rooms are available on a first come first served basis. Reserve early for the widest choice.
Prices are
Single room with sink and shared washroom $63 per night plus taxes (19%)
Single room with private bathroom $108 per night plus taxes (19%)
That is in Canadian dollars, and much cheaper than a hotel. There may be some double rooms available, too.
Registration Update
Please register here. There is no registration fee for student presenters . For everyone else, fees are not yet set.
Looking forward to seeing you in Montreal!
