- To process your prompts and media in order to generate results using the app’s features.
## Sharing
We do **not** sell your data. We do **not** share your information with third parties, **except** as necessary to process your requests through the Gemini API (provided by Google). Any content you choose to generate may be sent to the Gemini API solely for processing your prompt and returning results.
## Your Choices
- **Delete Creations:** You can delete your creations at any time within the app.
- **Delete Account:** You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
- **Help & Support:** If you need assistance, you can reach out to support from within the app’s settings.
## Data Retention
We only retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service. When you delete content or your account, we remove all associated data within a reasonable timeframe.
## Children
MagicEditor.AI is **not intended for children under the age where parental consent is required by law**. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact support immediately so we can take appropriate action.
