Whatever amount you are paying, you have to pay 2.5%+18% extra as service charge (like if your bill is 500, then you have to pay 2.5% over 500 = 12.50 Rs, again 18% of 10 = 1.8 Rs, So total have to pay 500+10+1.8=511.8 rs Then If you are paying through Amex then 3.5% extra mean you have to pay 517.50 Rs.)
If amount debited from you account and transaction got failed, then your money you will get safely back to your account or in original mode of payment within 4 business days, if not then contact our support.
