Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Nanakshahi Calendar ("we", "our", or "us") for the use of this mobile application.

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Nanakshahi Calendar app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:
• Copy, modify, or distribute the app
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the app for unlawful purposes

2. Use of the App

This app provides Nanakshahi calendar data, Sikh holidays, and related information for general informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the data.

3. Premium Features & Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

• Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Play Store account settings

4. Ads

The free version of the app may display advertisements.

Premium users:
• Will not see ads
• Will have access to additional features

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services such as:

• Google AdMob (ads)
• RevenueCat (in-app purchases)

These services may collect data according to their own privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design, and branding are owned by us and are protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Any inaccuracies in calendar data
• Any direct or indirect damages from app usage
• Any loss of data or interruptions

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time without notice if you violate these terms.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
