NameAura Privacy Policy

NameAura (“we”, “the app”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
1. Who we are
NameAura is a numerology and name-compatibility mobile application (package: com.nameaura.app).
2. Information we collect
The app may store on your device:
Full name you enter
Birth date
Gender preference
Favorite names
Recent name checks
A name you save to check often
App language preference
A pending invite, if you open a match link
This data is used only to calculate numerology readings and show compatibility results.
When you save a profile, reset it, share a card or the app, send or open an invite, bring two phones close, or remove ads, we receive your name, gender, and app language. Your birth date is not included. These messages are sent to us through Telegram and kept until you ask us to delete them.
3. How data is stored
Profile, favorites, checks, and invites are saved locally on your device. We do not operate a user account system and we do not require login. We do not run our own database of users, and we do not store your birth date off your device. Name, gender, and language from the events above are kept in those Telegram messages.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
If you use the share feature, content you choose (for example a compatibility card image) is shared only through the system share sheet you select.
If you use “Prove your match”, you send a link that carries your name, birth date, and gender. The other person sees the match on their phone. We do not receive that link on a server.
If you bring two phones close with the app open, the two devices may exchange name and birth date with each other so both screens can show the same card. That exchange is device to device. It is not stored by us as a birth date.
5. Location, Bluetooth, and nearby devices
To find another phone next to you, the app may ask for location, Bluetooth, and nearby-device permission. We do not use this for maps or tracking. We do not collect your location on a server. You can refuse; the rest of the app still works. The nearby feature only works while the app is open.
6. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app may send a local morning reminder (today’s color and number). These are scheduled on your device. We do not send them from a server. You can turn them off in system settings. The app still works if you refuse.
7. Ads
The app may show advertisements. Ad partners may collect device identifiers and usage data according to their own policies.
8. Children’s privacy
NameAura is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the app if you are under 13.
9. Your choices
To delete data stored on your device, reset your chart in the app, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall.
To delete a name, gender, or language sent with an app event, email northernanthems@gmail.com. Those messages are deleted after the request. Your birth date is not sent to us.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.

Bu veriler yalnızca numeroloji hesapları ve uyum sonuçları için kullanılır.
Profil kaydettiğinizde, sıfırladığınızda, kart veya uygulamayı paylaştığınızda, davet gönderdiğinizde veya açtığınızda, telefonları yaklaştırdığınızda ya da reklamları kaldırdığınızda adınız, cinsiyetiniz ve uygulama diliniz bize ulaşır. Doğum tarihiniz bu mesajlara girmez. Mesajlar Telegram üzerinden gelir ve silmemizi isteyene kadar durur.
3. Saklama
Profil, favoriler, sorgular ve davet cihazınızda yerel olarak tutulur. Hesap veya giriş sistemi yoktur. Kendi kullanıcı veritabanımız yoktur ve doğum tarihinizi cihaz dışında tutmayız. Yukarıdaki olaylardaki ad, cinsiyet ve dil bu Telegram mesajlarında kalır.
4. Paylaşım
Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız.
Paylaş özelliğini kullanırsanız, seçtiğiniz içerik (ör. uyum kartı görseli) yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz uygulama üzerinden paylaşılır.
“Uyumunu kanıtla” ile gönderdiğiniz linkte ad, doğum tarihi ve cinsiyet bulunur. Karşı taraf uyumu kendi telefonunda görür. Bu link bize bir sunucuya gitmez.
İkinizde de uygulama açıkken telefonları yaklaştırırsanız, aynı kart çıksın diye cihazlar birbirine ad ve doğum tarihi gönderebilir. Bu aktarım telefondan telefona olur. Doğum tarihini biz saklamayız.
5. Konum, Bluetooth ve yakındaki cihazlar
Yanınızdaki telefonu bulmak için uygulama konum, Bluetooth ve yakındaki cihaz izni isteyebilir. Bunu harita veya takip için kullanmayız. Konumunuzu bir sunucuda toplamayız. Reddedebilirsiniz; uygulamanın geri kalanı çalışır. Yaklaştırma özelliği yalnızca uygulama açıkken işler.
6. Bildirimler
İzin verirseniz uygulama cihazda sabah hatırlatması kurabilir (bugünün rengi ve sayısı). Bunlar cihazınızda zamanlanır; bir sunucudan gönderilmez. Sistem ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz. İzni vermeseniz de uygulama çalışır.
7. Reklamlar
Uygulama reklam gösterebilir. Reklam ortakları kendi politikalarına göre cihaz kimliği ve kullanım verisi toplayabilir.
8. Çocuklar
NameAura 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir.
9. Seçenekleriniz
Cihazdaki veriyi silmek için haritanı uygulamada sıfırla, uygulama verisini temizle veya uygulamayı kaldır.
Bir uygulama olayıyla giden ad, cinsiyet veya dil kaydının silinmesi için northernanthems@gmail.com adresine yaz. Bu mesajlar istekten sonra silinir. Doğum tarihin bize gitmez.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir; tarih alanı değişir.
