Account & Profile

Create account:

Tap “Sign In”. Enter your email and password to sign in.

Reset login password:

Tap “Sign In” -> ”Forgot Password” -> enter your email and a link will be sent to valid email to reset password.

Create profile:

Tap “Me” -> “Edit” to enter data.

View profile:

Tap “Me” -> “View”.

Share profile & own name card:

Tap “Share Card”.  There are 4 options:

1. Use another phone with the same app to scan QR and save card.

2. Tap “Share” to export card information.

3. Tap “Download” to save QR as photo in phone gallery.

4. Tap “Email” to email card information.

Change display language:

Tap “Me” -> “Settings” -> “Language”.

Create Cards & Card Management

Create name cards:

Tap “Create Digital Card”. There are 4 options:

1. Create name card manually by entering the information.

2. Using camera to scan QR code on the name card [note: weblink not supported].

3. Use camera to take a picture of the name card with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) function.

4. Select from phone gallery a photo of the name card and utilise OCR function.

Alternatively, tap the camera icon to scan name card.

Currently app can recognise English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean characters.

Group name cards:

Tap “Cards” -> “Group” -> “Create new group” -> enter Group name and add selected cards -> “Create Group”.

Edit name cards:

Tap “Contacts” -> tap edit icon -> make change -> “Done”.

Delete name cards:

Tap “Contacts” -> tap delete icon.

Edit profile photo:

Tap “Contacts” -> tap edit icon -> tap edit icon next to photo. There are 4 options:

1. Select photo from phone gallery.

2. Log in to LinkedIn to capture photo. [note: Google & Apple sign-in not supported]

3. Use camera to take a photo.

4. Search Google for photo.

Once completed, tap “Done” to save.

Sort name cards:

Tap “Sorts by” to sort by person name or company name.

Search name cards:

Enter text in search bar.

Cards Backup & Import

Google drive back up:

Tap “Card Sync” -> “Google drive backup” and sign in for the first time.

Cards Import

Tap “Card Sync” -> “Import Contacts”.

Card Export

Excel export:

Tap “Card Export” -> “Excel Export”.

QR export:

Tap “QR Export” -> select cards -> “Export” -> use another phone with the same app to scan each QRs and save cards.

Donate

Tap “Donate” -> enter amount and currency -> “Send”.

User Account Deletion

Step - 1: First Sign In the app

Step - 2:  Then it will open home screen. Press on 'Me'

Step - 3: Then press 'Settings'

Step - 4: Then Press 'Delete Account'

Step - 5: There will be opened a pop up to delete account.

Step - 6: If press on 'Yes', the account will be deleted. And if press on 'No', it will return to the previous screen.
