Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler
Albert Einstein
I hold a PhD in Economics and Management, specializing in Tourism Management, at the Free University of Bolzano. My academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Danang—University of Science and Technology in Vietnam in 2015. Later, I pursued a Master of Science in Local Development at the University of Padova in Italy, completing my studies in 2019.
Before my PhD, I accumulated several years of invaluable experience across various domains, including sustainable development, environmental conservation, children's education, social media, and the film industry. These experiences were garnered through my involvement with Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
My research interests center on the emotional bond individuals form with the places they visit through both direct experiences (e.g., hiking, trekking), and indirect experiences (e.g., movies, books, and social media). The research focuses on unraveling how this place attachment impacts destination choices and fosters sustainable behaviors among visitors.
