You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the App
Upload content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
You retain ownership of the photos you upload to the App.
By using the App, you grant Naivideo a limited, non-exclusive, and temporary license to process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of generating the requested AI video effects.
Naivideo does not claim ownership of your content.
Naivideo offers monthly and yearly subscription plans that provide access to premium features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
All templates, designs, software, and content provided by Naivideo (excluding user content) are owned by or licensed to Naivideo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Naivideo does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Generated results may vary depending on input content and are provided for entertainment purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naivideo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
