The solution includes automating the Service Desk Tickets creation process and communicating the update of resolved tickets to respective customers through WhatsApp. The Solution contains creation of tickets by using Nividous RPA and integrating bot in the resolved ticket updates in order to send the ticket updates through WhatsApp to respective customers.

POC: L1 Checklist

The solution is to automate desktop and web applications on Virtual Machine. The process involved automating operations like login to VM, Open L1 Checklist applications and take screenshot of various dashboards. In case of low performance or alert warning, trigger email to respective team for resolution. This solution also includes verification of application’s launch performance on several VM’s.
