Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act

The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) requires co-educational institutions of postsecondary education that participate in a Title IV, federal student financial assistance program and have an intercollegiate athletic program to prepare an annual report to the Department of Education on athletic participation, staffing, and revenues and expenses, by men's and women's teams (Source: U.S. Dept. of Education).

NACC’s reporting data can be found by visiting http://ope.ed.gov/athletics and selecting Northeast Alabama Community College.

EADA Reports

A copy of the report will be provided upon request made to Rebecca Cloud at cloudr@nacc.edu

You can learn more about being a student by visiting our Mustangs Must Knows mini-site or by going to www.nacc.edu

Graduation and transfer-out rates for students who received athletically-related financial aid are available above under the Equity in Athletic Disclosure Act tab.  Prospective student athletes, their parents, coaches, and counselors are given a copy of the annual disclosure information, by race, gender and sport, at the time they are being recruited.
