Myers Briggs Personalities

The Myers Briggs Personalities are created by putting people into one of two categories in each of the four larger categories. Together this four letter code identifies the personalities types a person could have. The test helps people identify strengths and weaknesses; how they act in school, the work place, and relationships; it gives strategies for coping with life as one of those personalities and strategies for working with certain types of personalities.


Extroversion or Introversion: Are you outwardly or inwardly focused?

Sensing or Intuition: How do you prefer to take in information?

Thinking or Feeling: How do you prefer to make decisions?

Judging or Perceiving: How do you prefer to live your outer life?


-Assertive or -Turbulent: How do you handle stress and confidence in your abilities?
