Welcome to Naam Jap App ("the App"), developed by ProApps Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). The App is available on both iOS and Android platforms. By downloading, accessing, or using the App on any platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.
The App is a spiritual tool designed to support your practice of Naam Jap (chanting the Divine Name). It is intended to help you maintain focus, discipline, and devotion — not to replace personal spiritual guidance or traditional practices.
You must be at least 4 years of age to use this App. If you are under the legal age of majority in your region, you must have consent from a parent or guardian.
The App may be used for personal and devotional purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and, where applicable, your iCloud account.
The App requires no account creation on either platform.
iOS: The App may request access to your iCloud for optional syncing of your Naam Jap data. iCloud syncing is entirely private — your data remains within your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to us.
Android: The App does not use any cloud syncing service. All Naam Jap data is stored locally on your device only. Backup, if available, is stored as a local file on your device and is not transmitted to any server or third-party service.
You agree not to use the App for any activity that disrespects, mocks, or commercializes the Divine Names or spiritual content.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App's code, interface, or design.
Use the App to distribute, promote, or support offensive or disrespectful content.
Copy or redistribute the App's text, content, or visuals without proper credit or permission, except for screenshots or recordings shared solely for personal or spiritual awareness purposes (e.g., social media sharing with respect and acknowledgment).
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to users who misuse the App or engage in behavior inconsistent with its devotional intent.
All designs, text, interface elements, and code within the App are the property of ProApps Solutions. You are permitted to take screenshots or share app screens for non-commercial, respectful promotion of spiritual practice, provided that credit is given to Naam Jap App by ProApps Solutions.
Unauthorized modification, sale, or redistribution of the App's assets, design, or text is strictly prohibited.
iOS: The App uses Apple's CloudKit framework to sync your Naam Jap data privately to your own iCloud account. Data remains accessible only to you and Apple; we cannot view or retrieve it.
Android: The App stores all data locally on your device. No data is transmitted to any external server, cloud service, or third party. Any backup created within the App is saved as a local file on your device and remains entirely under your control.
The App does not collect or use any advertising identifiers, does not integrate any ad tracking SDKs, and does not contain any in-app purchases or payment systems on any platform.
The App may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve stability and user experience. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored by us on any platform.

This App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with all devices or OS versions.
You acknowledge that your spiritual progress and inner experience are personal and depend upon your sincerity and practice — not upon the App or its features.
Under no circumstances shall ProApps Solutions or its members be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including any loss of locally stored data on Android devices.
By using the App, you agree to hold us harmless from any claim related to its usage or performance.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective immediately upon being posted within the App or on our official website. Your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of any revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration in Vadodara, Gujarat, in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation laws.
If arbitration is not applicable, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the App's spiritual intent.

This App is a digital support tool for Naam Jap — a sacred practice prescribed in the Hindu Shastras as a means of attaining peace, focus, and self-realization. The App itself is not a substitute for a Guru, scripture, or personal devotion.
The effectiveness of Naam Jap depends upon your faith, sincerity, and consistency — not upon any technology. By using this App, you agree to treat the Divine Names with utmost reverence and use it solely to enhance your spiritual journey.
