Here is what we have to English language N64 manuals of which we believe it to be a full set uploaded and archived on archive.org.

Big shout outs to Timber, Foxhack, Orkybork, and Ozidual for tracking these down as well as doing scans. All I've done here is basically upload 40 manuals and put them in this list so they're easier to find.
