Welcome to N8, Developed by N369. ("We", "Our", or "Us"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use our note, todo-taking application N8, which is uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Admob Ads.

By using the app, you are agreeing to the collection and use of the information as described in this Privacy Policy.

To use N8, you required to sign in using Firebase Authentication. Firebase collect:

Email address, 

Password (Securely stored by Firebase; We never see it)

Display Name Or Profile Photo (e.g Google Sign-in)

Firebase User ID (UID)

N8 does not store or manage your Login Information. Authentication is handled exclusively by Firebase.

When you create the Notes, Todos in the app, we store:

Note, Todo Title. 

Note, Todo Description.

Creation and update timestamps.

This data is stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore and linked only to your unique UID.

Firebase and Admob automatically collect certain information such as:

Device Type and Model, Operating System, Crash Data, App usage statistics, Advertising ID ( for personalized or non personalized ads)

These data points help improve the app experience and serve ads.

N8 Uses Google Admob Ads, Which collect:

Device identifies, IP address, App interactions, Cookies and tracking technologies, Advertising ID (Google Play Services), Admob uses this data to show personalized or non personalized ads, depending on user consent and local laws.

User may opt-out of personalized ads through: Device Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalized (Android)

We use collected information to:

Authentication your account, Store and retrieve your notes, Improve app performance and stability, Provide customer support, Detect and prevent fraud and abuse, Display ads using Admob, Analyze app usage and crashes.

We do not sell your personal data to third party companies.

Your data is protected though Google Firebase's secure infrastructure, including:

Encrypted communication (HTTPS/SSL), Secure Access control vai Fire store Security Rules, Authentication managed by Firebase, 

Although we take strong precautions, no system can guarantee absolute security.

We share information only under these conditions:

We use trusted Services such as: Google Firebase ( Authentication, Fire store, Analytics, Crashlytis) Google Admob

These services process data as part of providing cloud hosting, ads analytics and crash reporting.

We desvlose information if required to:

Comply with law enforcement or legal processes, Protect user safety, Prevent fraud, misuse or unauthorized activity, We do share data with marketers or unrelated third parties.

We retain your information only as long as necessary: 

Your Notes, Todos and Account remain stored while your account is active.

If you delete your account, all Notes, Todos and your authentication profile associated with your UID are permanently Deleted Or Removed from Firebase.

Depending on your region, you have right to:

Access your data. Delete your notes, todos and account. Update and correct your information. Opt-out of personalized ads. Withdraw consent.

You are encouraged to their respective privacy practices.

Since Firebase and Google services operate worldwide, your data processed in countries other than your own. By using the app, you consent to such transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the policy. Continued use of N8 after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
