THIS END USER AGREEMENT CONTAINS A LEGALLY BINDING MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND WAIVER OF JURY TRIALS AND CLASS ACTIONS CLAUSE GOVERNING DISPUTES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF FLASH LIGHT - LED ALERT SERVICES. THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AS OUTLINED IN SECTION 14 BELOW. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES.

This Flash Light - LED Alert End User Agreement (the “Agreement”), including any addenda, order forms, exhibits, schedules, appendices, and amendments thereto, constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the “User” or “you”) and Flash Light - LED Alert and its affiliates (“Flash Light - LED Alert,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the Flash Light - LED Alert app, website, software, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Acceptance of the Agreement

By activating, accessing, or using Flash Light - LED Alert, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
  
  

• You have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements.
  
  

• You accept and agree to abide by all terms of this Agreement.
  
  

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Services.

3. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time for legal, technical, or operational reasons. Changes will be noted in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Free Trial

You may use the app for free during a 3-day trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, your selected plan (weekly or yearly) will begin automatically and fees will be charged.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions may be weekly, monthly, or yearly.
  
  

• Renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
  
  

• Cancel via your App Store account settings.
  
  

5. Payment and Billing

• The basic version is free.
  
  

• Paid subscription fees are shown at checkout in your app store and include any applicable taxes.
  
  

• Full payment is required to access subscription features.
  
  

• Invoices available upon request by the 15th of the following month.
  
  

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by the platform where you made the purchase (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play). Flash Light - LED Alert is not responsible for third-party refund decisions. Refunds may take up to 10 days to process.

7. Electronic Agreement and Communication

By using the Services, you agree to:

• Conduct business electronically.
  
  

• Receive agreements and communications electronically.
  
  

• Treat electronic notices as legally binding.
  
  

8. Ownership

We retain all intellectual property rights related to Flash Light - LED Alert. You do not acquire any ownership rights through use.

9. User Content

If you upload or share content through the Services, you grant us a nonexclusive, global, royalty-free license to use and distribute it. You are solely responsible for that content.

10. Liability Disclaimer

You are responsible for your own data security. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or interruption due to technical issues or misuse.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the Services.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved under the arbitration clause below.

14. Mandatory Binding Arbitration

Any disputes related to this Agreement must be resolved through binding arbitration. By agreeing to this, you waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in class-action lawsuits.

By using Flash Light - LED Alert, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
