The Dataset is Contained with 2 tables:
➡️ 1 dimension table (telecom_zipcode_population).
➡️ 1 fact table (telecom_customer_churn).
The report is Contained with 2 Dashboards.
Dashboard - 1: Customer Profile
Visual Description:
The single Slicer visual, titled "Select Customer ID" , contains all the customer ID reported in the dataset. Report user should be able to select a single customer ID only.
Based on the marked item of "Select Customer ID" slicer, there are total 10 Card visuals which will automatically change. Those card visuals are introduced below:
Age: The age of the customer is shown in this card
Gender: This card shows the gender of the customer
Churn Status: This card shows the status of the customer churn, i.e. whether the customer stayed in the service, churned from the service, or newly joined.
Churn Reason: The reason of churn of that customer is displayed in this visual. if the customer is not churned from the service, then the card shows "Not churned".
Payment Method: This card shows which payment method the customer use for subscription.
Contract Type: This card displays the customer's current contract type, whether it is Month-to-Month, One Year, or Two Year.
Tenure (Month): This card shows the total amount of months that the customer has been with the company.
No. of Referrals: This card shows the number of times the customer has referred a friend or family member to this company to date.
Average Monthly Download (GB): This card displays the customer's average download volume in gigabytes (GB).
Total Expense: This card shows the customer's total expense for the subscription to date.
Aside from those above 10 card visuals, there are 4 independent Card Visuals which are absolute in content (The values of those visuals do not change for any other visuals). Those card visuals are introduced below:
Total Population: This card shows the total estimated population resided in all the zip code area mentioned in the dataset.
Total Customers: This card shows the total number of customers currently subscribed in the service
Churn Rate: This card shows the total percentage of customer churned from the service
Total Revenue Earned: This card shows the total amount of revenue earned from all the customers mentioned in the dataset.
Apart from Card visuals, other visuals in this dashboard which are effectless of the slicer filtering are briefly described below:
The Funnel Chart, titled "Revenue Earned from Different Offers", shows the total amount of revenues earned from different offers (from "Offer A" to "Offer E") used by customers .
The Treemap visual, titled "Number of Customers in Different Internet Connections", displays the comparison of the number of customers based on their uses of different internet/web connections.
The Pie Chart, titled "Number of Churned Customers in Different Categories", shows a comparative analysis of total number of churned customers based on which catagorical reasons they were churned from the service.
The Aria Chart, titled "Number of Customers Stayed in Service", displays a comparative scenario between total customers till date & total customers (stayed/not churned) in the service. This analysis is done for customers in their respective age categories.
Dashboard - 2: Geographical Cities with Above 50% Churn Rate
Visual Description:
The single Slicer visual, titled "Cities Above 50% Churn Rate" , contains the list of all the cities which contains more that 50% churned customers, reported in the dataset. Report user should be able to select a customer ID. Based on this selection, some other visuals will automatically be changed.
The Donut Chart, titled "Total Customers by Churn Status", shows a comparative analysis of total customers based on their churn status to the service. Here, both customer number & their percentage are noted (This visual shows different values based on the selection of "Cities Above 50% Churn Rate" slicer).
The Card visual, titled "Total Number of Churned Customers", shows the total number of churned customers on those selected cities (This visual shows different values based on the selection of "Cities Above 50% Churn Rate" slicer).
The Map Visual, titled "Geographical Cities with Higher Than 50% Customer Churn Rate", shows the geographical positions of those cities (in world map) which have more than 50% churned customers. The bubble size of this visual varies based on the number of total customers. Report user should be able to see the city name, total customer, and churn rate of the corresponding city while putting the cursor on the city's bubble position (This visual is absolute & doesn't change by any slicer filter context).
