1) Our company and its affiliated companies (affiliated enterprises refer to companies that have a direct or indirect, equity or other form of control and controlled relationship with our company, as well as companies that have a significant influence on our company's operations) own and reserve the complete and indivisible ownership and/or intellectual property rights of the following contents: (1) software, technology, programs, codes, user interfaces, etc. related to the application platform; (2) trademarks, graphic marks, etc. related to this service.
2) The applications, texts, software, sounds, pictures, animations, videos, charts, etc. involved in the services provided by our company are protected by relevant intellectual property laws and other related laws. Without the authorization of our company or other relevant rights holders, users are not allowed to copy, use, modify, excerpt, translate, or distribute them. Third parties are not allowed to use them in any way without the written permission of our company and/or its relevant rights holders.
Liability Limitation
1) The services provided by our company to users are provided "as is". Our company hereby explicitly declares that it does not make any express or implied warranties regarding this service, including but not limited to warranties of applicability, accuracy, timeliness, and sustainability.
2) Users understand and agree to bear the risks of using this service themselves. When using this service, users should follow the relevant provisions of Chinese law. Our company will not be liable for any damages or consequences caused by user behavior, except as explicitly stipulated by law.
3) Under no circumstances will our company be liable for any losses caused to users due to network connection failures, communication lines, third-party websites, computer hardware, or any other reasons, except as explicitly stipulated by law.
User Conduct Guidelines
Users must abide by laws and regulations when using this service and must not use this service to engage in any illegal or non-compliant activities.
Contents of Member Subscription Services
After claiming or paying to activate the member subscription service, you can continuously use the professional version functions of the application within the corresponding service period.
1) Single Subscription Service
After subscribing to the single subscription service, your professional version rights will be activated and extended for the subsequent period.
2) Continuous Annual Subscription Service
(1) The continuous annual subscription service is an automatic renewal service provided to you on the premise that you have activated the member subscription service. If you activate the continuous annual subscription service, it is deemed that you authorize this application to deduct the annual service fee for the next billing cycle from your third-party payment account, bank card, communication account, iTunes account (referred to as "account"), etc. when your current member subscription service is about to expire. The deduction time is within 24 hours before the expiration of the billing cycle.
(2) You can cancel the activated continuous annual subscription service through the following methods:
On an iPhone, go to "Settings" → "iTunes Store & App Store" → Select "Apple ID" → Click "View Apple ID" → Click "Subscriptions" on the account settings page → Cancel the subscription.
Paid Services
1) You understand and agree that the member subscription service is a paid service, and this application will charge for the use of Internet value-added services. Once you activate the member subscription function, the paid fee is non-refundable regardless of whether you actually use the service or access electronic content within the corresponding service period.
2) You understand and agree that this application has the right to independently determine and revise the charging standards and rules related to the member subscription service from time to time. Such standards and rules will take effect upon release and form an effective part of these terms. If you do not agree with the aforementioned standards, rules, and their revisions, you have the right to stop using the member subscription service. Your continued use of the member subscription service is deemed as your agreement with the relevant content.
