The Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the My WiFi App operated by My WiFi (“we”).By accessing and using My WiFi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms and privacy policy, you are not authorized to use the service. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting to the Application.

Intellectual property

The visual interfaces, graphics, information, computer code (including source or object code), products, software, services and all other elements of the application provided by My WiFi are protected by patents, trademark laws, international laws, and all other related intellectual property rights , proprietary rights, laws also apply. Except for any content provided and owned by the user, all material contained in the App is the property of My WiFi and/or third party licensors. All trademarks and service marks are owned by My WiFi and/or third party licensors. Unless expressly authorized by My WiFi, you agree not to sell, license, distribute, reproduce, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise make unauthorized use of these materials. My WiFi reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall My WiFi and its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible damages:

(1) caused by your access or use, or inability to access or use the Application;

(2) any conduct or content of any third party on the App;

(3) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, notwithstanding this Agreement The prescribed remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Representations and Warranties

Your use of the My WiFi app is at your own risk. App disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or process of performance.

Change of Terms

In order to meet the requirements of relevant laws and policies, sometimes we may need to make changes to the terms. We reserve the right to update and modify the terms at any time, please check the terms regularly. Any changes we make to the Terms will be effective immediately. As stated above, your continued use of the App following any changes or revisions to the Terms constitutes your acceptance and agreement to such revised Terms.
