Effective Date: January 6, 2026
Developer/Operator: [Please enter the developer or company name exactly as shown on Google Play]
Privacy Contact Email: Jasmine--Carter@outlook.com
Welcome to MyTreetime (“MyTreetime,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy applies to the Android version of MyTreetime distributed through Google Play. It explains how we access, collect, use, share, store, and delete data related to users of the App.
MyTreetime is an entertainment and productivity app that combines a focus timer with a tree-growing game. Users can earn virtual water drops by completing focus timer sessions, use water drops to grow trees, and collect trees after they reach the required level. The App currently does not require users to create an account or complete real-name registration.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you have not reached the minimum age required by the laws of your country or region, you should use the App only with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
## 1. Data We Collect
To provide App features, maintain security, improve the user experience, and display advertisements, we may collect the types of data described below. The actual data collected depends on the features you use, your device settings, system permissions, and the third-party SDKs actually integrated into the App.
### 1.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily
- Nickname or in-game display name. The App does not require you to provide your real name.
- Information you provide when contacting us for feedback or support, such as your email address, issue description, screenshots, or related logs.
- Information you voluntarily submit when participating in in-app events, surveys, or tests, if applicable.
### 1.2 App Activity and Game Data
- Focus timer records, such as timer start and end events, focus duration, completion status, and timer setting preferences.
- Tree-growing game data, such as tree type, growth level, watering activity, virtual water drop earnings and spending, and the number of collected trees.
- In-app events and usage data, such as App launches, pages viewed, feature interactions, session duration, tree maturation events, and tree collection events.
### 1.3 Device, App, and Performance Data
- Device model, Android version, App version, device language, region settings, and network connection status.
- Crash logs, diagnostic data, performance data, error information, and troubleshooting data.
- Basic technical information such as IP address, request time, and server access logs, which may be used for service connectivity, security protection, and issue diagnosis.
### 1.4 Device Identifiers and Advertising-Related Data
If the App includes advertising, ad attribution, or ad measurement features, we and our advertising or analytics service providers may process the following data:
- Android Advertising ID (AAID), App Set ID, app instance ID, or similar resettable identifiers.
- Ad impressions, clicks, conversions, frequency capping data, ad fraud prevention data, and ad performance measurement data.
- General device and App information related to ad delivery, such as App version, device type, operating system version, and network status.
We do not use the Android Advertising ID for purposes prohibited by Google Play policies. We do not use persistent device identifiers such as IMEI, IMSI, SIM serial number, or MAC address as substitutes for the Android Advertising ID for advertising purposes.
### 1.5 Data We Do Not Actively Collect
Unless a future version introduces a clear feature that requires such data and we obtain the necessary permission or consent, the App does not actively collect:
- Precise location.
- Contacts, SMS, call logs, or calendar data.
- Photos, videos, audio, or files stored on your device.
- Camera or microphone content.
- Health, fitness, biometric, government ID, financial account, or payment card information.
## 2. How We Use Data
We use the data we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain core features: recording focus timer progress, calculating virtual water drop rewards, saving tree growth status, displaying collected trees, and keeping the App functioning properly.
- To personalize local experience: saving your focus timer settings, game progress, and preferences so you can continue using the App smoothly.
- To analyze and improve the App: understanding feature usage, diagnosing crashes and performance issues, improving compatibility across Android devices, and improving the focus timer and tree-growing experience.
- To support advertising and monetization: displaying ads, measuring ad performance, managing frequency capping, performing attribution analysis, and preventing ad fraud. Where personalized advertising is involved, we comply with applicable laws, Google Play policies, and requirements of relevant third-party advertising platforms.
- To protect security and prevent abuse: detecting abnormal behavior, cheating, manipulation of virtual rewards, data tampering, malicious attacks, or other activity that may harm the App, users, or partners.
- To comply with legal obligations: meeting applicable legal, regulatory, platform policy, dispute resolution, and rights protection requirements.
## 3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share or entrust data only when necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including with the following types of third parties:
- Advertising service providers, such as Google AdMob, for ad delivery, ad measurement, frequency capping, and ad fraud prevention.
